InterNAQS, Real-time data sharing
InterNAQS Icon InterNAQS employs the Internet or private IP networks to transport data between Nanometrics Data Acquisition (NAQS) Servers. InterNAQS also integrates data from non-Nanometrics data acquisition servers (example: SEEDLink).

With InterNAQS, users can:

• Implement real-time data sharing between separate networks on a local, regional, national or international basis.

• Forward data to and receive data from  national or international networks in real-time.

Atlas Data Processing Software
Image

Atlas is an interactive data processing package providing the user with the tools to extract, locate and organize seismic data. Atlas is intended for initial data processing providing tools for event waveform review, location, spectral analysis and filtering including instrument response corrections.

Atlas is written in Java and is currently available for the Windows XP and Linux operating systems. Atlas is unique in being able to directly interface and recover data from both Nanometrics NAQS Server ringbuffers and Earthworm 6.0 Oracle database systems. When used with Earthworn, Atlas is able to retrieve data from the Oracle data base and edit and refine event information and save the data back to the data base. Atlas is also able to delete events from the database making it ideal for waveform review and database management.
