Initial System  Deployment Commissioning support  on-site

Goal- to establish a working network 

Nanometrics field engineers attend to assist customers with installation and commissioning of the Hub or central site and several remote sites. A minimal amount of classroom training is conducted to ensure the customer understands how the system operates and that the customer can conduct basic configuration changes and maintenance. 
6-12 months post initial deployment Systems course 

Goal- to deepen customers network understanding and optimization

Two weeks of classroom lectures and laboratory exercises. This course is generally conducted at the Nanometrics training facility in Ottawa, Canada but can also be done on-site.

Experience has shown that the material covered is best understood following actual customer  experience with the system.
18-24  months post initial deployment

Advanced Operations

Content is derived from real-life examples of issues customers may be facing. This is generally done with a Nanometrics  engineer either in Ottawa or on-site
